For folks who are interested (and, admittedly, so I don’t lose the links), here are a handful of other responses to Robert George’s argument on same-sex marriage that can be read for free on the interwebs. (There were a couple of law journal articles I wanted to read, but that aren’t available online — I so miss having lexis\/nexis access!) Most of these responses were written before “What Is Marriage” came out; but George and his various co-writers has been making essentially the same argument for many years (haven’t we all been!), so older rebuttals are still relevant.<\/p>\n
