In my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slowpokecomics.com\/strips\/violentspin.html\">cartoon this week<\/a>, I suggested an absurd way that Michelle Bachmann might explain her quote that voters should be &#8220;armed and dangerous&#8221; over the cap-and-trade bill. As I learned today <a href=\"http:\/\/tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com\/2011\/01\/gun_rhetoric_2010.php?ref=fpblg\" >via TPM<\/a>, she actually <em>did<\/em> walk that quote back a month later, saying the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;I want my people in Minnesota to be the most educated people. I want them to be <em>armed<\/em> with knowledge, so they can be <em>dangerous<\/em> to the policies of the left.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Almost like my comic. Clearly I didn&#8217;t go far enough.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love this.
