(Curtsey: &#8220;Alas&#8221; reader Justice.)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/2\/hi\/health\/4606011.stm\">This BBC article reports<\/a> on a study which found that, in women, it&#8217;s healthier to have a lot of fat around the hips and thighs. &#8220;Compared to the group of women with the smallest hip circumferences, women with the biggest were found to have an 87% reduction in deaths. They also had an 86% reduced risk of having coronary heart disease and a 46% reduction in the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, according to the researchers.&#8221; (Curtsies to Kristy and Robert.) <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.stayfreemagazine.org\/2005\/05\/its_all_in_your.html\">Stay Free!
