He faced a sizable “reinstatement” cost \u2014 which is often the past due amount plus fees.<\/p>\n In an unsettling new twist, Delassus couldn’t get Wells Fargo to tell him how much his reinstatement cost was.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Oddly, the judge was apparently just about to rule in Wells Fargo’s favor.
