This time in an attempt to halt the party\u2019s rising popularity, reactionary forces have been rifling through the dustbin of history and dug up an old story about Gregor Gysi, one of the Left Party most charismatic leaders, who at one time was a member of East Germany\u2019s Socialist Unity Party.
