As of noon Saturday, December 28, the results were as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I oppose legalization of homosexual marriage and \u201ccivil unions\u201d total votes: 201914<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>I favor legalization of homosexual marriage total votes: 378691<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>I favor a \u201ccivil union\u201d with the full benefits of marriage except for the name: 52238<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have not already voted, <a href=\"http:\/\/marriagepoll.com\">click here<\/a> to do so. Be sure to <b>forward the poll<\/b> on to your family and friends.<\/p>\n<p>Only votes that have a valid email address associated with them will be counted. They&#8217;re dipping a second time into their mailing list, hoping that will turn out more anti-same-sex-marraige votes. They&#8217;re leaving an opening for them to change the poll results later, if they need to. And they&#8217;re no longer promising to send the results of their poll to Congress.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a silly, meaningless poll, but it&#8217;s one that has the potential of embarassing the AFA, and that&#8217;s always good fun.
