Auguste is right<\/a> — this really might be the dumbest cartoon ever in the history of the entire universe. And this is not just the universe where Chris Muir lives, but the one Bruce Tinsley lives in, too!<\/p>\n

I’m not sure what my favorite part of this little slice of wingnuttery is. I think it’s the implication that these are things unique to Mexico. I mean, it’s not like America lacks drug gangs<\/a>, kidnappings<\/a>, unemployment<\/a>, poverty<\/a>, or even swine flu<\/a>. And I thought conservatives liked<\/em> guns! I mean, it’s not like America is anti-gun<\/a>. Indeed, most of the guns in Mexico are coming from the U.S.<\/p>\n

I can only conclude that we’re also<\/em> bad neighbors. And we’re still here, because…um…well, I don’t know really where either America or Mexico is supposed to go.<\/p>\n

In other news, the wingnuts have started calling the flu outbreak<\/a> in Mexico the “Mexican Flu,” because, you know, the wingnuts are a bunch of racist assholes.<\/p>\n
