Monday baby blogging: Sydney on Maddox on Bed

If your younger sister sleeps in the same bed as you, the very least she can do for you is provide a handy pillow. Right?

Sydney sleeping on Maddox Sleeping

Everyone together: Awwww….

UPDATE: Actually, now that I’ve been looking at this photo every time I glance at “Alas” today, what’s getting to me is the scale. There’s a two-year age difference between the girls, but Sydney is a friggin’ giant compared to Maddox. It reminds me of the special effects they did to make Frodo tiny and Gandolf huge when the two stood in the same shot in the Lord of the Rings movies.

Bong hits. Dozens and dozens of bong hits.

Nursing on demand. Though honestly, Maddox is extremely mellow regardless. She very much seems to be of the persuasion that bad moods aren’t fun, so why be in them if it can be avoided.

    AWWWW!!

(Never let it be said I don’t know how to come in on cue.)

    Barbara says:

Oh, I nurse on demand, but some kids are definitely better sleepers than others. I know that from experience but I keep hoping.

    Antigone says:

What an incredibly helpful philosophy! “Bad moods suck, so let’s avoid them”.

I hope that lasts into teen years.

This is so cute. I know how my (younger) sister would caption this, though: Big Sisters Happen. Cos Maddox almost looks like she’s been flattened by her big sister. Something I’d do ;-)

I can say I never would’ve looked at that and thought of a LOTR reference. But I will say…”awww, how cute!”
