I also find short stories on Uncanny Magazine, Clarkesworld, and Beneath Ceaseless Skies. I’ve also found some excellent work on AO3, usually by following a recommendation for a particular story (then if I really like it, I look at the headers of everything that author posted, then everything they bookmarked.)
