So I have a pain in my left arm, and until the doctors figure out where it’s coming from I have only two states: unable to concentrate because of pain, or unable to concentrate because of pain-killers. In either case, not going to be doing much blogging.
I’m sure things will be fine, but in the meanwhile, I’m taking a hiatus.
Mwah! Love you all.
Bleh! That’s horrid, man, I hope you are in less pain soon!
Feel better, Amp.
I hope you feel better soon.
Hope you feel better soon. Paranoid health question: have you ruled out heart disease as a source of the pain? Left arm pain is one of the classic signs of a heart attack and/or angina. Also you might want to get a lung x-ray to rule out referred pain from the upper lungs…ok, enough worst case scenarios. Get well soon.
That sucks. Hope you feel better soon!
Amp, I have three herniated discs in my neck that cause pain to shoot down my left arm and/or numbness. So it could be something like that too. It might not be as bad as it sounds either, even if it is an inflamed disc, sometimes all you need is six days on prednisone and it goes away (actually it will go away in about 2, but you need to take them all).
I asked permission to use one of your cartoons on the thin line post (comment 35 or 36, I think). Your email link isn’t working. I hate to bug you about this when you need a break, but I also don’t like to use other peoples artwork without their permission.
Donna, would you like me to email you with his address? (In case he’s not checking the blog.)
I hope you feel better soon, Amp. Best wishes.
That would be great Mandolin. My email is dmj618 at gmail dot com.
get better soon!
Yeah, herniated disks, heart attacks, gall bladder upsets, splenic tantrums, ulnar neuritis, golf swing elbow, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, biceps rupturitis and assorted other ailments big and smaller come to mind as possible diagoneses.
If you’re left handed, it could be proximal ulneric radial mouseitis.
See, isn’t the internet great? And it costs less!
I usually just lurk, but get better soon, Amp!
Thanks, everybody!
